We work on a project basis and bill by the hour or day, or at a total project rate agreed upon in advance.
- Our rate for general consulting services is $200 per hour, or $1,500 per day.
- After an initial telephone consultation, we require a $1,500 retainer covering the first day of consulting resulting in a preliminary plan and recommendations.
- We bill a 10% administration fee for third-party consulting services that we manage.
- We bill all travel, production and out-of-pocket expenses at cost, without markup.
For projects with a predefined scope and scale agreed upon in advance, we will negotiate a not-to-exceed total price.
